Yoga !

haih, went to see 'tabib cina' tdy...hmm, i got some 'sickness' so my mama bring me to tabib cina there , somewhere in kepong...urgh! now the doc said my body weak pulak! >.<  need to eat more healthy food, no cold stuffs  :(  the worst part is i need to eat all those medicine! each time i have to eat four big big tablets! ate just now after dinner, and i choked...that's why i hate to eat medicine...still have to follow up after eating all those medicines , so sad  :(
